#26 Aoife Clancy
In this weeks episode of the podcast I interviewed Aoife Clancy who is a nutritionist (BSc) from Sligo.
After 3 years of Personal training and working 1:1 with her Nutrition clients she has decided to open up her own Nutrition Clinic. From her Clinic she will work 1 to 1 with individuals to help them improve their nutrition through healthy eating. She is also currently doing a masters in sports and exercise nutrition were she is focusing on enhancing athlete performance.
In this episode we discussed Nutrition over the Christmas period and strategies to help with social occasions.
We also talked about Supplements and the best solutions if you feel consistently run down this time of the year.
A beginners guide to intermittent fasting was also talked through as well as advice on meal prepping and planning your week in relation to food.
Finally I asked Aoife what she would recommend in relation to best practices that everyone should implement into a daily nutrition and exercise routine to enhance the quality of their life.
