In this weeks episode I sat down with Sleep Coach Tomas Coleman. We discussed many topics such as advice for shift workers, people who are struggling with sleep in the current situation and we addressed some of the most common misconceptions around sleep. The rise and grind mentally was also discussed and how it can be potentially causing more harm than good in the long term. Importance of sleep for improving body composition was also discussed at length as well as pre bed routines, things you can do to improve sleep quality and advice to individuals looking to get an advantage with there overall performance. We finished with a Q&A from questions sent in via instagram and then I asked tom his biggest life lesson and why.
