This week’s guest is Jon Daniels, owner of Seattle Fish Market, a West Seattle fresh fish and seafood market and restaurant. Jon talks about how he got started in this business fishing in Alaska with his dad during the summers, his 16 years of experience owning and running another successful fish market in Pike Place Market, before buying this business in 2011 from the previous owner and turning it around by adding a restaurant to the already existing fish market.
