Jeremy Bradley shares a story about someone in his neighborhood sharing a very personal bathroom-type issue and asking for assistance. It had nothing to do with the purpose of the group -- to share information relevant to other residents -- and it had JB wonder why people run to social media rather than have private one-on-one interactions with others.
