How many of us put piles of pressure on ourselves everyday? That was me.
In episode 32, I break down the insights I gleaned from a "reset month" I took in April. What specifically did I reset? How I was motivating myself. I dropped the internal pressure that sounded like "I have to do XYZ today" and the resulting frantic energy.
Now that it has been three full months since the reset month ended, I share the mighty differences I see in my day-to-day life having switched to a different fuel source: commitment.
