David Baddiel talks ‘The God Desire’, author SJ Parris with some Elizabethan treachery, and Michael Morpurgo wants to get children reading!

This week, Ryan spoke to comedian and author David Baddiel about the paperback release of his book ‘The God Desire’, as well as meeting him recently in Iceland. 

SJ Parris, the author also known as Stephanie Merritt, popped by to speak about her new book ‘Traitor’s Legacy’, out now.

And legendary author Michael Morpurgo was wonderfully passionate about getting children reading, amid new research from HarperCollinsUK that parents and children see reading as something to be studied rather than enjoyed.
