George Foster - Running the second fastest Bob Graham ever!

George Foster is a British runner who recently ran the second fastest Bob Graham Round in history clocking 13:44. George talks to me about his introduction to running his roles in the Army and as a teacher not forgetting his (surprising) build up and running of the Bob Graham Round.
