[06:01] Interestingly enough, Coach Valerie practices daily

[07:10] Here’s how Coach Caroline got back in the swing of things after a break in her practice

[07:58] The longer we wait to get back to working out, the harder it will be to do it. However, just a few minutes a day can transform your body and mind. So remember why you started

[08:50] It can take some time to build a habit and more time to come back to the habit after you’ve taken a break. Furthermore, your body needs time to adjust back to where you were when you quit

[11:47] When you come back, you might not be able to run the way you did, and that’s okay. But, don’t let that keep you from coming back

[12:25] You can fit in drills throughout your whole day. Don’t overthink this because that is what is keeping you stuck! Take just 5 minutes a few times a day, and your transformation will create effortless motivation, and the momentum will build from there.
