Sami Johnstone - Hub Member Story - Beginner to London Marathon in 1 Year

In this weeks episode of the podcast we are joined by Hub Member Sami Johnstone.  Sami joined the Hub last August after accepting a charity place for the London Marathon. 

Her fitness journey started in January 2023, she introduced some running into her weekly routine and has now ran the London Marathon and going on to train for ultras.
