In this week's episode Rich and Andy have the pleasure of inviting our 1st guest onto the Podcast - who better than the legend that is Matt Pink (aka. Better Life Guy) and co founder of the Dryy App. It's a great chat between the boys and the focus is on Matts comeback from Injury throughout 2024 where he had high hopes at the start of the year with smashing some big goals but sadly injury struck early on and the road back to recovery has been a long one - But with all things we do that are hard their is loads of learning in the process.

We also look forward to 2025 and potential events where we can gather in real life and smash our goals together.
