Episode #2: Philly Special with Mike Shoolbraid

Mike is an ultra trail runner from Philadelphia.

He is the resident expert on trail running in the Wissahickon Valley Park (The Wiss) which is the crown jewel of Philadelphia's park system with over 50 miles of trails.

In this interview episode Mike runs the gamut of questions with our host Jake Jr., describes his approach to running, details his knowledge of the Wiss, and lays out his big goals for the year.

Mike's running style is unique and motivating and he is an incredible follow on Strava especially if you are interested in the Philly/East Coast Ultra Trail scene.
