ep. 9 - Catching up with Newly-Minted Sub-4 Minute Miler Garrett MacQuiddy

After a long break from having Garrett on the show, we are glad to hear from him once again as he has inducted himself into the Sub-4 club for the mile and recapped us on the Golden Bears cross-country and indoor track season. In addition, we also looked ahead to some bigger team and personal goals heading into this outdoor track season. You can also hear about his killer pre-race playlist, his dream Cal race uniform, and a deeper dive into his racing headspace both times he dipped under the four minute mark. We will be rooting for Garrett as he begins his quest to the NCAA Division 1 Track & Field Championships in Austin, Texas!
