ep. 8 - Tennessee All-American's Yaseen Abdalla & Dylan Jacobs on their Historic Performances, Running Progression, Approach to Training & More

The energy was unmatched in our conversation with Yaseen & Dylan as they brought a humorous back-and-forth chemistry to the episode. Both guys have just come off setting incredible PB's at the BU Terrier Classic, earning themselves various conference, school, and even a Sudanese national record for Yaseen. Having the opportunity to hear their first-person perspective on each of those historic races added an enlightening touch to those already quick marks. In addition, our conversation with these two provided a new clarity on their respective experiences in the NCAA Transfer Portal, interactions with University of Tennessee coach Sean Carlson, differences in their progressions as runners, and breakdowns of their buildups to success in championship races (for Yaseen, a Big12 5k Championship victory, and Dylan, becoming the 2022 NCAA 10k outdoor champion).
