Episode 7- Kevin Dole/Emma Marcuccelli: Starting a Business(Wild Era Campervans), Health and Nutrition, Moving to Colorado, and Coaching Track

In this episode, Run Breiter during his time in Fort Collins, Colorado for a week long trip, got the opportunity to speak with Kevin Dole and Emma Marcuccelli. 

Kevin just about two years ago started a Camper Van Business, called Wild Era Campervans, where he makes custom built high quality livable vans. This fits well with people who want to travel, and recreate in awesome cities for low cost living. Kevin also talks about his story moving to Colorado from Ohio, his passion for health, and his stories coaching both track and snowboarding. 

Emma is very passionate about health and wellness, and has described fitness as her rock. She has a large passion for going to the gym, hiking, running, and all fitness. She also took a big leap moving to Colorado from Chicago. Emma also gives some great advice for building great fitness habits, but also discusses her personal nutrition story and best practices with this story in mind.
