Season 1, Episode 48: Top results from Griak Invite, Quad Cities Marathon races, Viking Invitational

Lance highlights the win by Iowa State senior Cailie Logue at Griak, as well as the team and individual battle between BYU and Connor Mantz and the Cyclones and Wesley Kiptoo. He brings on former All-Big 12 runner Abby Caldwell to talk about the encouraging performance by Iowa State. The race results also feature great head-to-head battles between the Runablaze and new Running Wild races at the Quad Cities Marathon half marathon and 5K races. An Iowa-heavy group of runners from host Grand View, St. Ambrose and Indian Hills led the way at Saturday's Viking Invitational.
