A conversation with USATF champion and former Sioux City North, Iowa Central star Biya Simbassa

Biya talks about his improvement from not making an NCAA meet to winning two USATF Running Circuit championships, including the USA 25K title on Oct. 23 in Grand Rapids, Mich. He talks about his workouts in his adopted home of Flagstaff, Arizona and living with 2012 U.S. Olympian Janet Cherobon-Bawcom and her husband, Jay.
