I want to share with you a little trick I use when selecting the meals we are going to have each week. Sometimes I will use a favorite recipe or something new we want to try, but if we want to keep it simple and easy - this is my favorite method for building a meal plan quickly while keeping it healthy and accommodating different types of eaters!
