How often do you create a to-do list that has 30 things written down the page? And how often are you able to FULLY accomplish all your "to-do" tasks before more get added?
Most of us create a to-do list that lists a bazillion things and we don’t have enough time to complete them all. So we end up with partly finished lists, then we continue to add more tasks, and it’s a never-ending cycle of a never-ending to-do list that leaves us feeling overwhelmed and always feeling behind.
What would you say if I told you I want you to ditch the traditional to-do list? Don’t panic because I have a better solution that will help you stay on top of your meal planning, budgeting, home cleaning, exercise AND your to-do list tasks - just without the mile long list! ;) You will save time and frustration and actually get things done! Trust me on this one and at least give it a try!
