If you are anything like me, it can be REALLY hard to find the motivation to stick to a workout routine at the gym. These last few months I have been knocking it out of the park and sticking to five days a week! I’m super proud of myself because even though we’ve been going to the gym or working out pretty consistently for years now, it has always varied a little based on what’s happening in our lives. It was tough to stick to a set number of days each week and would instead end up being 3 days one week, 5 days the next week, then maybe only 2 days the following week. While that is better than nothing, I wanted to be a lot more consistent. I think I finally found the answer to help me stay super consistent even when there is a lot going on.

I’ve got three tips for you today to help you stick to your gym routine too, so let’s do this!
