Are you anything like me?? I used to spend all day, every day making decisions and completing tasks that by the time evening rolled around, I was tired and I’d get pretty cranky when it came time to decide what to make for dinner.
It can still occasionally happen, but over time I realized that the nights I enjoyed the most were the ones where I ALREADY had a plan in place and all I needed to do was execute.
However, sometimes it can feel really overwhelming to sit down and actually create that plan. So today I have four tips for you! These are four things that I have found to really help me in my meal planning routine to make it super simple and reduce the stress of dinner time!
Let's get to it!
