Sometimes building work can be a tough process. You need to break eggs to make cake, but that does not always mean it will run smoothly.
In this episode I have the pleasure of interviewing an Ex-Client who openly talks about the building project that he undertook; dealing with a building contractor and how it did not turn out to be the dream he thought it would.
The job is finished but the journey to get there was 'difficult'.
