Today Im joined by the great and powerful DJ Kayty Banks.

A girl with a dream, and the ambition to match.

By chance I was referred to Kayty's work through an old associate of mine. So I reached out and it seems it was destined for us to have a sit down and go over where our lives have come from and where they are heading. Kayty started her journey to becoming who she is today at quite an early stage. Putting herself out there doesn't seem much of an issue with a decent sized following in Perth ensuring that she succeeds.

With great aspirations comes intended follow through and sometimes we miss that in business and life, Kayty doesn't.
Being intentional in your field doesn't make you complacent to bullshit, it makes you a weapon. As they say steel sharpens steel, and if your work life is 7 years of dealing with drunk assholes. It's safe to say it's gonna take an army to bring you down. Composure in an industry like this is crucial.
From our discussion prior to the podcast and after. Kayty seems switched on to what is intended to create an atmosphere for the looseness of life. We must not forget to take a book out of her page. Life can grab us from time to time and swallow us whole if we don't fight the current.
