007 (Part 2) // Jay Perry // My Dad Got Sick

After his father was diagnosed with cancer and given 9 months to live, Jay quit his job and became a full-time caregiver, something he knew nothing about.

In this episode, Jay opens up about the experiences he went through over the next two years of his life which then inspired him to write a book to share his experiences with others dealing with the same thing.

Jay found that when his father was first diagnosed, there were no resources out there for caregivers like him. Now, after his father passing, Jay wrote a book as a form of therapy for himself, but also a way to share his experiences and to hopefully help others that are going through similar situations.
