Going With the Flow

Today we decided to leave our agenda behind and follow our intuition on what we wanted to talk about in today's episode.

To get the juices flowing, we pulled an oracle card and boy did that get us in the flow!

One of the main themes that came up from that card was speaking our truth and to show up fully as yourself. 

How you do anything is how you do everything. 

"What truth are you not speaking for fear of judgment?" is something that came up for Shelby. 

Robyn's take away was about getting outside of your comfort zone and pushing past discomfort to get to the transformation. 

We go over the benefits of digging in and doing the deeper work when we run up against blocks on our self development journey.
