37. We are Building a Community of Healers

We're backkkkkkk!

After a 2-month hiatus, we are back at it.

Though longer than I had anticipated, the time away afforded me clarity around my purpose and mission for this community.

I share about my personal experiences of growth and struggle over the past two months because I want to create a space where we have open and honest conversations.

I also share about my two week solo trip to Portugal and Morocco.  

This was a time of expansion and the three biggest takeaways I want you to come away with from episode are:

1. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for support when you need it.
2. Take care of yourself and love on yourself.  When you do, you will receive more of that energy in return.
3. Be willing to grow and evolve.
