36. Season 1 Finale

We are officially wrapping up Season 1.  

Thank you for growing and evolving with me over this past year.

I could not have done this without so many brave women courageously sharing their stories, expert guests sharing their wisdom and you, the listener.

My mission for this podcast is and has been:

• Inspire others to know that healing is possible through the sharing of real-lie stories and expert guidance.
• Creating a community so that you know that you are not alone.
• Helping to end the stigma around mental health by having the hard conversations and being open about our experiences.
