Rhubarb Cares Podcast featuring 'World Mental Health Day'

In this edition of the Rhubarb Cares Podcast, Dave Adams is talking about 'World Mental Health Day' which takes place on Thursday 10th October.  He is joined by Serena Long and Joe Nicholson from Turning Point Talking Therapies to talk about their event at The Riding Shopping Centre on the day, with lots of health and wellbeing organisations giving you advice and support.
