1)Is Modern France Burning?: This past week, there have been widespread riots in various French cities, including burning cars and looting shops. The pretext for such violence was a police shooting of a young Algerian-Moroccan while he was seated in his car. Apparently he tried to drive away, so was shot. Why are all these riots going on? Is this just police brutality, racism, or something deeper?

2)Israel Raids Palestine Refugee Camp in Jenin: In the Occupied West Bank, the Jenin refugee camp of 14,000 has been raided by 2,000 armed Israeli Self Defense Forces. At least ten Palestinians have been killed, and 50 wounded, including many civilians. The operation has been going on for more than two days. What is the justification for all this violence?

3)Right Wing Conservative Political Parties Growing Stronger in Europe?: In past few years, right wing and even neo-fascist parties have been growing stronger in Europe. What is behind this trend, and should we be alarmed?
