1)Russian Foreign Minister says the UN was Created to Prevent the Horrors of War?: As the rotating Head of the UN's National Security Council since April 1st, it seems Russia is playing April Fools jokes. Their foreign minister Lavrov--- in a Security Council meeting called by Russia to discuss World Peace ---said the US and 'Nazi' Ukraine started the war in Ukraine, are obstructing peace talks, and disrupting multilateral institutions. Is he serious?
2)Chinese Ambassador LU Questions the Sovereignty of Former East Bloc Members: Last Friday, on French TV, the Chinese Ambassador claimed that post-Soviet states lack a firm basis for sovereignty under international law. Is he right?
3)Bomb Blast on Police Station in Swat Valley Pakistan?: A large explosion occurred at the highly protected Police counter-terrorism compound in Swat, Pakistan, killing at least 12 service members. First the Prime Minister called it a terror attack, but now police say it was an ordnance explosion caused by electric malfunction. What do you think?
