Read on for today's agenda below prepared by David (thank you very much). - Retired US Diplomat to 5 different nations David Hunter shares his knowledge, passion, interest, and experience.
)Both Sweden and Finland Now Want to Join NATO: Russia have been sending warships into the Baltic Sea near Finland, and then invaded Ukraine. So Sweden and Finland now want to join NATO. But why can they quickly join, when Ukraine must wait for years? What will Putin do if these two European countries bring in NATO forces? And will Turkey try to block this move?
)A Russian Naval "Black Hole"?: Scientists just discovered a Black Hole in the Milky Way. But the Russians have developed a new diesel-electric powered submarine, known as 'Project 636.3', which is now operating in the Black Sea near Ukraine. It is Putin's Black Hole. Russia deployed there at least three secret 'stealth' subs, costing about $500 million each, which can fire hypersonic Kalibr missiles--- and with range up to 300 miles. Should we be worried?
)Israeli Military Sniper Kills Christian-American Journalist on Occupied West Bank: American citizen Shireen abu -Akleh was a Jerusalem-born Christian of Palestinian ethnic background, who had been covering Palestine-Israel occupation issue for over 20 years. The Occupation began in 1967 and continues on even today. Israeli sniper shot her in the head in Jenin, in the Israeli occupied West Bank while she was clearly wearing a vest and helmet marked "Press". Israel first claimed it was Palestine fighters who shot her, then reversed course and now say they will do an investigation of the killing. Is that sufficient especially since she is an American citizen?
)Russian Foreign Minister Claims the West has Declared 'Total Hybrid War' on Russia: Minister Sergey Lavrov said last week the united West is engaged in total hybrid war on Russia. "We did everything to avoid a direct clash" he said. Like invading Ukraine? Poor Putin. Is the G-7 is ganging up on him? Are we really at war with Russia? What about his friends to the east, like China and India?
