Dr. Frieda Birnbaum is a popular media Psychologist, award-winning speaker and author. She has appeared on international television, radio and in press speaking about womens’ issues, career, family, current events, and interpersonal interaction in the age of social media.
In addition to commentating regularly in the media, Dr. Frieda runs a successful psychotherapy practice and is working on her third book. She is a wife and mother of five (including twins at 60) and is an advocate for women chasing their dreams at any age.
