-We all aspire to greatness in our lives and we all struggle with difficulties in bringing our best into being. The purpose of my art is to remind us of our moments of high resolve – to support us, lifting us from the myriad of life’s distractions, giving our soul a place for renewal, a place that reverberates with the power of our innermost conviction. This is the passion behind my every creation.

Honor The Essential
Since February 2020 experts have told us that thousands of people were dying every day from Coronavirus and that it was extremely dangerous to breathe air near other people or touch things that other people touched. We were told if we breathe near others or touch things we could die. And we could infect the people closest to us. And that might kill them. They said we would only be safe if we avoided closeness with other people or things other people touched.

But if you were an essential worker, they wanted you to breathe near people, and touch things other people had touched, all day long. They wanted essential workers to put themselves the one place they didn’t want any of the rest of us to be because they knew we would all die without their indispensable support. And essential workers heroically went to work to support us all.

Essential workers deserve to be recognized and honored for their bravery and kindness. The Honor the Essential Monuments are a way to write their names in stone and show our appreciation in a beautiful, heartful, and lasting way. Let’s move forward in an honorable way where so there’s no ambiguity, no confusion, no wavering about the all-in commitment that essential workers made during COVID-19.
