In an insightful and wide-ranging conversation, Richard discusses his career so far, from starting out as a journalist, to working in PR in-house at NBC Europe, before founding and selling his own agency and ultimately joining the team at Cognito. Richard, Jacki and Lyle also discuss the vital importance of knowing your audience in PR and how the goal is always to change the behaviour of that audience by putting together a compelling, modern-day PR strategy.
