Jacki and Lyle are back once again, this time diving into a specific type of PR - Crisis Management. Jacki discusses her own experience of working in crisis communications throughout her career, and Lyle opens up on the parallels he has experienced between crisis comms in the PR industry, and dealing with the many crises an actor encounters during a live theatre performance. They also both discuss in detail two very different examples of crisis management that involve mainstream media personalities, with extremely different levels of success!
