Preparing the Soil for New Thoughts

Thinking new thoughts is not always as simple as plucking out the old thought and inserting a new thought. If you don’t prepare your mind for the new thought… it doesn’t grow. If you don’t pull out the roots of the icky thought… it resurfaces.
