In this second part of the episodes on the Satanic Panic, Liz and Dakota take a more in-depth look at two of the most important cultural events that helped to spread the fear of secret Satanic cults: the book Michelle Remembers, and the McMartin Pre-school trial. This episode looks at how these two cultural phenomenon occurred, how they grew in their reach, and how they influenced the rise of the Satanic Ritual Abuse trials of the 80s. They also talk a little about QAnon, and how possibly it could be a continuation of this moral panic.
