This episode, Episode 317 Track Your Comminications & 1-Page Updates is a continuation from episodes 315 & 316.  After working through the 3 Recruiting Amigos, the Introductory Email, the Player Profile & the Recruiting Questionnaire, you need to have a system to journal all of you communications, both to and from college coaches.  You will also need to track your 1-page updates that you send to coaches as your HS and club seasons progress.  

Columns on a spreadsheet you need to build to keep track of communications:

• School/College Name
• Coach's Name
• Coach's Phone #/Email
• My Interest Level
• Date of Sent Intro Email/Player Profile
• Date of Sent Recruiting Questionnaire
• Date of Sent Videos
• Date of Sent Updates
• Notes
