This is Part 1 of a 2 part interview with Jay Spoonhour, who is the Assistant Athletics Development Director at Missouri State University.  Jay, basically, oversees the Name, Image and Likeness, NIL, management and fundraising at Missouri State University.  This, Part 1, will introduce Jay, his job and then we will get into how NIL works and you will get examples of the different ways NIL is used and how the different levels of college play is influenced.
