Episode 415 is Step 2 of the 7 Steps to an Athletic Scholarship and it walks you through why writing a great Introductory Email is a critical part of your recruiting process and then gives you a model of how to write it.  Key points from this episode are:

• Send a personal email to coaches
• Your email should be brief.  Write it as a 1 page and with just a few paragraghs.  Then you can copy and paste it into your email.
• Write a sample or "model" letter that you can personalize for each school and coach.
• Have a couple of friends or family members read your sample letter and make suggestions.
• If a coach does not respond in 3 weeks, then send your intro packets by mail or even call.
