Be a vulnerable leader, What does that mean to you? When we are vulnerable and authentic to others it may be easier for them to relate and have that me-too moment. It becomes relatable. But also when we show the vulnerable side of ourselves it opens it up for asking questions and discussions to help everyone grow.

Join me today as I discuss my own vulnerability and what I have discovered within my journey
