Do you value yourself?  You are the only person you spend your entire life with and yet we can be so mean to ourselves.  But why? LImited beliefs, expectations, stress, challenges, all things that affect our opinion of ourselves. With so much cloudiness It becomes hard to accept compliments from others or to even accept our own value. The question we all ask is “how do I get past the feeling, the imposter syndrome?”

Monica and I have an incredible conversation that delves deep into how we value ourselves.  Sharing personal stories that we have gone through, and continue to go through, to get us to where we are today.  We discuss different practices that you can do to find the true you, to get past the limiting beliefs, to let go of the imposter syndrome, and live a life true to yourself.

Practices;

-Email 10 people and ask, What are my 3 strongest qualities? What do you come to me for? Where do I offer value to others?

- Sit with yourself in a mirror, look past the physical and see yourself.
