For a period of years I fought putting anything on the calendar. I didn't want hard plans because when your True North drops dead you simply want to soak every moment within reach. But I had purpose, a mission.

There came a point when I realized if I wanted to honor my mission I HAD to be consistent. If I wanted to be consistent, I HAD to take charge of every part of my life. From dismissing negative voices from my life to creating and implemenitng new habits, I re-engineered my life so that I could accomplish what I envisioned.

If you feel like your spinning your wheels with your business, relationships, hobbies...it's time to take a sober look at what you're truly consistent at.  The reality is we ARE CONSISTENT at something and if we look, it will show itself. It might even be consistent at embracing the realiably unpredictable.

Consistency leads to results. If you're not getting the results you want, you probably lack consistency in an important area. Today we tackle how to become consistent!

  1. Commit
  2. Avoid Chaos
  3. Grow Mindfulness
  4. Create a Consistent Sleep Routine
  5. Make Things Simple & Sustainable
  6. Efficiency Over Creativity
  7. Avoid Paralysis by Analysis
  8. Pace Yourself
  9. Progress Over Perfection
  10. Say No

(And remember to be nice to yourself:)
