Markets rallied, but in reality, have really gone nowhere since October despite headlines of bank failures, rate hikes, and a weakening economy. Has the worst already been priced-in following last year's decline? Economic date remains week, but markets have been rallying since October: Who're you going to believe? Remember, economic data is sentiment-based and backwards, looking.
