8-12-24 Markets Prepare to Retest & Rally

Last Monday's Yen Carry Trade blow-up resulted in a 3% market correction & volatility shock. We're still in the midst of a 5- to 10% corrective phase. The market did, by the end of the week, completely recover from the effects of that sell off. Markets are looking to be up this morning, and our advice is to use this rally to remove risk in your portfolio, especially if you weren't pleased with results last week. Raising a bit of cash now will enable you to better weather whatever comes next, and prepare you for the next buying opportunity.
