6-9-25 This is Not a Bear Market Rally

We received lots of email traffic over the weekend about the "next shoe to drop" in the markets: This is NOT a bear market rally. Yes, we had a correction; that correction is now over. Taking a longer view of market action (think: weekly vs daily), we get a better sense of what is going on. We're seeing a lot of improvement from where we were just a couple of months ago. The correction worked off a lot of the over bought conditions. And on a weekly basis, a buy-signal has been triggered. We are now seeing rising relative strength. We will see a correction sometime this summer; it's just a matter of time. That would provide another buying opportunity to add exposure to equities. For investors, the upside potential for the markets outweighs the downside.
