4-29-24 Are Markets Building a New Bullish Trend?

Markets rallied nicely on Friday on the latest PCE report that suggests the economy is doing very well, plus booming quarterly reports from Goodle and Microsoft. In theory a new, bullish trend in the market is beginning to build, with higher lows and higher highs.
