In this episode of The Real Build, I interviewed Michael Burns, owner of The Burnz Team Homes and Loans.  Michael wears many hats as he does real estate, mortgages, and investments.  This gives Michael a leg up above his competition.  Michael and I talked about real estate investing and how someone can get started in it.

Michael has taught himself how to invest in real estate.  After making offers on 94 homes, he and his brother finally got their first investment property where they made $25,000 in profit.  Since then, with a lot of learning, they have successfully invested in more than 150 properties.  We also talked about personal development and how much of an impact it has had on our lives and helped us grow our businesses tremendously.
