In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Mike Harn, owner of Anlon Construction.  I loved having Mike on my show.  Our main discussion was about how we can do a better job as home builders.  We cover our processes and how we can do a better job of helping our clients through every step of building a home. 

Mike got out of the Army at 21 years old and started working on construction sites doing odd jobs, clean up, framing, and siding, whatever he could do to learn. Just a few short months later, he started managing the development and building of his first subdivision.

After developing hundreds of lots, building hundreds of homes, and completing countless remodeling jobs for other people, Mike decided he wanted to do it on his own

A few years ago, just after starting Anlon Construction, he met his wife, who helped him realize that business is about so much more than money; it is about the experience and the relationships you create along the way.
