47. Company Culture, Customer Service, And Running A Fast Growing Real Estate Company - With Josh Marzucco Of Marzzuco Real Estate

In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Josh Marzucco.  Josh and I have known each other for a while now.  We both got our real estate licenses around the same time.  After a lot of success selling real estate, Josh decided he wanted to start his own real estate brokerage.  He knew that he could do it better than a lot of the current brokerages out there.  Josh wanted to teach agents that with proper branding and marketing, they too can have a lot of success in real estate.  He created Marzucco Real estate, and in just two short years, the brokerage has sold over 100 million in real estate transactions.

Josh is a true entrepreneur.  He also runs his family sports bar Zookies.  Josh is now building homes with his family construction company Marzucco Construction.  He also has upcoming speaking events where he plans to share his expertise in the real estate market.  

Most importantly, Josh is a family man and is the father of two daughters and owns one of the coolest dogs, an Italian Mastiff named Luca.
