The real estate market seems to be shifting a little. We see low inventory in many areas, but demand appears to be leveling out for now. We are also seeing many supply chain issues causing minor delays and price increases in building materials. Mortgage relief was lifted as of September 31st, and now the banks are ready to collect. Let's face it, we are seeing that things are changing in the market. But Is there a significant slowdown coming? Liza gives an update on where she thinks we could be heading.
